A seasoned blend of free range chicken marinated, formed, fully cooked, coated in a salt and pepper predust and a crispy breader, flash fried, IQF frozen and packed into retail boxes.
Cooking Instruction : Best cooked from frozen. Remove from packaging.
Oven: Cook in preheated oven at 200ºC (180°C for Fan Forced) for 13-15 minutes or until cooked through. For best results, use baking rack to allow chicken to cook evenly.
Air Fryer: Place the frozen chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer and fry for 15-17 minutes at 160ºC or until cooked through.
Chicken should be fully cooked when the internal temperature reaches 76ºC.
Cooking times may vary depending on your appliance.
