Returns and Refunds

Kibsons.com values customer satisfaction. If you have an issue with your order, please email us at customercare@kibsons.com, contact us at 800 KIBSONS, or chat with us using AI chatbot and we will assist you. Where applicable, we may issue a full or partial refund: a full refund if you did not receive your order or received an incorrect one, and a partial refund if part of your order is missing. Refunds are always processed through the original mode of payment.
